Light and Scanning Electron Microscopy

Dummy image of 10x10 to be used when no image is required

EvaluTree’s Team has extensive experience in light and scanning electron microscopy techniques.

Available light microscopy modes include transmitted and reflected light, polarized light, phase contrast, differential interference contrast, and fluorescence. All our microscopes are equipped with digital cameras for efficient image capture and distribution, and for easy import to image analysis software. We have a wide range of specimen preparation and staining protocols.

Our field emission Environmental Scanning Electron Microscope gives us the ability to work with specimens in their natural state, allowing research on uncoated samples. We can expose samples to a wide range of relative humidities in the microscope and observe the related changes. The instrument will also function as a traditional high-vacuum, high-resolution scanning electron microscope.

An integrated energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometer system allows the elemental analysis of samples. A wide range of other accessories make this a truly flexible system for a host of material and biological science applications.
